Within the fields of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy there are many techniques available to the competent practitioner which will assist you in achieving your goals; however it is important that the therapist and client agree that those goals are realistic and attainable., and these are discussed at the outset by both therapist and client.

During the initial session, the therapist will produce a psychological profile which will be sent to you by post. Based on your expectations and requirements, the therapist will also indicate how many therapy sessions will be required for you to realise your expectations, so you will be able to budget the exact cost to you, both in time and money.

Following the initial assessment, we will be in a better position to decide which technique (s) would be best suited to aid you in achieving your objective.
